Board members

Egmont H. Petersen’s Dormitory is a commercial foundation. The board consists of 9 members:

2 external members appointed by the Egmont Foundation.
2 members appointed by the Rector of the University of Copenhagen.
1 external member appointed by the entire board.
4 residents elected annually by the dormitory’s residents.

The board makes decisions regarding the dormitory’s interior and operations in collaboration with the daily management, which prepares budgets, accounts, and house rules.
