Rooms

The single rooms are approximately 11 m2. There are between 20-24 rooms at a hallway. From the hallway there is access to your own and your neighbor’s room via a passageway. There is also access to a bathroom and toilet, which you share with your neighbor. You also have your own washbasin in your room. Your room has a computer and antenna socket, and you have free access to the internet. Common to the hallway is the large kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge and cupboards. You will be assigned your own cupboard and shelf in the fridge.

Each kitchen operates according to the rules that have been jointly agreed in the hallway.

The double rooms consist of 2 interconnecting rooms of approximately 26 m2, with private shower/toilet. Couples have priority for the double rooms.

2024 prices: 

Standard room: DKK 2935 per month rent, 

Double room: roughly DKK 4600 per month.

Deposit for single rooms and keys upon move-in is DKK 8,600. 

Deposit for two people in double rooms is DKK 11,200.

A maintenance fee of DKK 2,250 for single rooms and DKK 4,500 for double occupancy rooms is due upon move-in. This amount is non-refundable upon move-out.
